Ghanaian comic actor, Kofi Adu, popularly known as Agya Koo, on Saturday, married his new found love Rita Asiwdu in London.
The actor is re-marrying three years after the messy marriage breakdown with his then wife, Victoria Darko, popularly known as Akua Vic.
Saturday’s wedding took place at the Lancaster house fifth floor, 70 Newington Causeway elephant and castle London and was attended by some Ghanaian entertainment personalities including Kaakyire Kwame Appiah and Amakye Dede.

Over 100 Ghanaians and Liberians deported from the United States of America were engaged in a standoff with US officials at the Kotoka International Airport in Accra after they arrived in the country on Wednesday. Bucking against conservative Christian tradition advising against extra-marital sex, the Rev. Bromleigh McCleneghan, a married mother of three and associate pastor for ministry with families at Union Church of Hinsdale in Illinois, says single Christians can have sex as long as it's "mutually pleasurable and affirming." Citing 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, many Mainline Protestant and evangelical churches like the  Assemblies of God Church , advise against sexual relations among single Christians. "Today within our society singles exist for one of two reasons — by choice, or by circumstance. In either case the Bible's mandate is clear for all unmarried individuals: they are to remain sexually pure (1 Corinthians 6:18-20)," the Assemblies of God church warned. Walewale chaos: Regional Minister’s relative accused of carrying out machete attack

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Northern Region has accused the Regional Minister, Abdullah Abubakari, of ordering a machete attack on a supporter of the party. Northern Regional Secretary of the NPP, Sule Salifu, says the party has picked up intelligence that a close relative of the Minister carried out the machete attack and also run over the NPP supporter with a vehicle. The NPP on Tuesday held a press conference where they accused the NDC in the Northern Region of stockpiling arms to cause mayhem during the upcoming elections this year. The party also said Mr Abdullah has formed a vigilante group which he uses to terrorise members of the opposition parties in the constituency.
